So something happened today. We were walking towards each other and he was staring at me. He tripped up and stumbled ever so slightly and I said “did you just trip?”. It almost seemed deliberate because it was so subtle.

then I said “please don’t do that” and he said “I will next time”

I asked “are you going to fall into me next time?” And he smiled and nodded enthusiastically.

Maybe I’m reading too much into it but his choice of words felt deliberate “I almost fell head over heels into you”
