The whole thing is a filtering system. If you're dating someone, whether for a month or a year; if you feel truly comfortable and the girl mirrors just as much as interest.. who cares who plans what? You hear from every article on the internet that when the girl plans dates and initiates "that it would kill a guy's interest!" Only the losers would become complacent, sit back, and let the girl take the lead. It doesn't work like that.

It's all about achieving balance.

Girls, don't initiate dates to reassure yourself that he's still interested in you. Plan a date because you want to and you want to spend time with the guy. I believe it's perfectly acceptable to plan a date after a guy has done so... hence, dating is a two-way street. Of course, always make sure he is investing just as much as you.

In the beginning, I feel guys should pursue the girl for a few dates and if things go well, and you're completely comfortable with each other, you should take turns. I'll probably receive comments saying "why should the guy do all the work at the start blah blah" but to be honest, I wouldn't want to be with a guy with that attitude. I like to know they're interested. Yes, dating/courtship has changed a LOT over the decades but it's core rituals are still the same: women DO like being pursued at the beginning and men like the chase. When that "chase" is over, is where things really begin chnage - either better or for worse.

Arthur is 27 and got a 17 year old girl named Rachel pregnant. Rachel was very happy about the pregnancy and kept it. Arthur used to be a teacher but after getting his student Rachel pregnant he was fired from his job and put in jail for five years. Arthur sobbed uncontrollably he begged for his job that was his only source of income. Rachel's father is dead, and her mother is in prison for 20 years for stabbing someone. So Arthur's mother Taylor took Rachel under her wing. Rachel gave birth to her son Nelson and now lives with Taylor. Taylor helps Rachel care for Nelson and teaches Rachel how to breast feed, cook and basically show her the ropes of being a mother while giving her a place to stay.

Eventually Arthur gets out on bail. Arthur is poor and can't afford to take care of a child so now Arthur lives with Taylor, Rachel and his son 2 year old son Nelson. Taylor is paying all the bills, and giving everyone money. Arthur and Rachel take turns caring for Nelson. Arthur teaches Nelson how to walk and potty trains him. Even teaches him a few words. Rachel is now 21 but the justice system put Arthur on the Sex offenders register list. So Arthur can barely go anywhere and can't get a job because of this.

Did Arthur deserve this? Oh yeah and too add is was dating Rachel and had romantic feelings for her since she was 16 years old. They have a picture of Arthur kissing Rachels forehead. the judge said that Arthur is evil and should stay unemployed until he dies. Arthur only has a degree in teaching and isn't allowed around children. The police comes to their house weekly they often need to hide Nelson.
