Search Results: being unique

I thought this would be a fun one.. Often times we see people shouting that a woman can do everything a man can do, and seeing them actually trying to become men.. Which is all fine well and good, but i believe that women stop being unique when they force them selves to be like that.. Don't get me wrong i am not saying that women should be subservient, nor am i saying they should not work, God no, If that's what women want then i fully support it.. But i do believe that women were not created to do everything a man can do, I believe they were created to do everything a man cannot do.. What do you think? When I was younger I was told that multiculturalism is a good thing. I see countries like the US, Germany, and England (mostly western countries) being diverse but there's so many problems with crime and racial division.

I look at countries that do not embrace multiculturalism like Japan and Iceland and notice how low their crime rates are and how productive their people are. A country like Japan has few natural resources and is situated on a geologically unstable part of the Earth (ring of Fire) yet they prosper. Even 10 years after WW2 devastated their country they were already a world economic power.

I see multiculturalism and they idea is that we are supposed to exchange ideas on how to advance society. Yet all countries that have allowed other cultures in, namely the western ones, have had crime rates spike and race riots occur. Sure cuisine is nice, but what are the benefits of cultural diversity? The new cultures that come in don't adapt.

Imagine that you were starving and needed a place to live. You ask someone if you can move in, despite having no money. They let you live with them and provide you with employment, education, food, water, and shelter. Yet you make demands as to what should be done around the house. You don't do the chores you're supposed to do, you don't contribute, and you whine about everything that doesn't go your way. Yet the family was kind enough to let you in when you had nothing and they receive no thanks. You don't help out with the bills and just play videogames all day. You also don't pay attention in school and don't bother to do homework.

Now this isn't true of everyone who comes to this country. There are a lot of good immigrants, and they far exceed those who are bad. But it only takes 5% of a population to cause a ruckus and start demanding that the country adapt to them. Hard work will get you through life, but so many people aren't willing to put in the hard work. To get a unique skill you need 10000 hours.
