
So I did not go to a trainer to learn this which usually costs about $1500 - $5000 a punch. I read some brief instructions about this in a news article and applied it and realized I was doing it properly based on the unique effects I got which were not duplicated by any other method of meditation I had previously tried. Here is it
1. Sit or Lie in a cozy and comfortable position where you can relax and not jostle or worry about changes in temperature or noise
2. Repeat a sound in your head for which you do not have any symbolic or literary connection to - I prefer to use the word "om" - the repetition is silent and wordless and in your head and not your mouth
3. Repeat this word or phrase or sound over and over and over again until you feel yourself entering the garden of eden and being intimate with a transcendent intimacy of peace and comfort where all your emotional and psychological needs are catered to and cared for by this manna of peace and closure and you ascend the physical and legal parameters of your physical and social existence
4. Slowly ease back then slowly open your eyes - wait at least 20 minutes before reading a book or viewing a computer screen
5. Do this twice a day preferably once when you wake up and once before 3:00 p.m.
