I fell in love with my rebound girl but she refuses to believe my feelings are real. Advice?

I’m dating a girl whose unique in that she isn’t very emotional, and instead sorts things out based on probability and what is “logical” or makes sense. We’ve been seeing each other for what is coming on a year now, and so I thought I thought it was about time we talk about our future (we’ve been exclusive but still haven’t put a label on it)

The problem is, after a year, she tells me she didn’t realize I was really serious about her like that. She says she thought I enjoyed spending time with her but didn’t take anything I’ve said or done too seriously, since it just isn’t possible that I had feelings for her when we first started dating. So she says she’s confused that I want to finally be official.

On the one hand, I get where she’s coming from. I hooked up with her a couple weeks after breaking up with my girlfriend, and our first several dates consisted of me talking to her about my ex and how broken up I was about it all (bad, I know, but her and I were kinda friends so she was comforting and willing to listen). But it’s also frustrating because I’ve done so much this past year to show this girl how I feel about her. I’m talking presents, quality time, always being there for her... I don’t know why she doesn’t think I’m serious. What should I do? How can I convince her?
