I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with the most reasonable prenup possible and this is was the result.

1.Whats yours is yours and whats mine is mine: Basically meaning anything either of us legally own in the marriage is ours to have when we leave with the only exception being whatever we choose to gift to the other.

2. Financial partnership: The both of us will contribute to the well-being of the household, in the event that one party makes substantially more then the other, the majority of finances will fall on said person and the other becomes full time housekeeper while maintaining a part time job so they can have their own spending money.

3.Leave the Kids out of it: In the event that we have children, neither of us will weaponize them or use them to take advantage of the other. Any problems we have are to be dealt between me and you.

4.The potential for an open relationship :The sad reality is no matter how much 2 people may love each other, they may want to go around a bit and get it out of their system. Therefore both parties should be open to the idea of swinging or even a poly-amorous relationship in the event that the monogamous arrangement feels strained

5.Strive for good terms:In the event that the marriage simply does not work out, both parties should strive to end it while on good terms. Neither party should go out of their way to screw the other side over.

Basically what this entails, is a simple cooperation agreement where both parties help each other and try to adapt to the circumstance at the time.

Marriage: Less sex, high chance she initiates divorce, ungrateful kids, working to support people, stuck with one woman who will probably not love you in 30 years, drive a mini van, disney world vacations.

Bachelor's life: Sex with different women, woman will continue to impress you since she can be disposed with ease, vacations to where ever you wish, drive a two sear sports car, spend your money how you wish, the law won't fuck you over

for quite a while now I been noticing that both my counselor and psychiatrist have been asking me in every visit if i'm dating anyone at the moment. not sure what this is all about but I'm guessing they are perhaps asking this to see if my paranoia towards humanity or self esteem has improved in any way.

nevertheless no matter how good my mental health gets I still do not see any point in dating. to me dating is no different or perhaps just a water down hypocritical version of prostitution. you know all you're basically doing while dating is taking a woman out and feeding her with your own money just to hope that she either falls in love with you or at least have sex with you after you're done feeding her.

besides that I also think that just like marriage and relationships dating itself is very one sided because the girl is always the one that gets all the victory out of it. she gets fed her favorite food for free, she has sex and many other things that will benefit her in the long run. hell my past experiences are not helping me out either, not sure if its PTSD but I remember the girl who almost won the title as my first girlfriend was a total sociopath that scarred me. the second one who actually did become my first girlfriend was a drama queen who wasn't relationship material. since then I never met a woman who is actually relationship or even dating material at all.

till then again I really dont see any point in dating. I see so many negativity that revolves around dating nowadays that I dont I feel is just not worth the effort; whether i'm mentally healthy or not

Hi I’m 49 wife is 50 we been married 20yrs 2 kids my wife said I ruined our marriage 2 years ago no one cheated it just was a lot of arguing I lost my business and things been tough. Money been tough my child been diagnosed with severe OCD my wife hasn’t been able to work because she’s taking care of him. So things got stale and I kinda tried just to avoid her to stop the arguing so never stop cooking for me or cleaning we still did things for each other. anyways she and kids moved in with her mom few months back said we are separated I never said why or please just come back I let it be right now. In the beginning she was very angry with me and kinda avoided me when I went to see the kids I didn’t make a big deal about it I just let her vent even though it hurt me. So I let it go and been trying be helpful and all calm and no arguing on my end. we had some good conversations lately nothing about the marriage but mostly how I care for her and the kids and being away from them hurts etc. ( I said I make mistakes along the way and she said it’s not mistakes it choices) After those conversations she started acting really nice to me not avoiding me and making eye contact again etc. She even asks about my whereabouts when I’m late or where I was , why would she care where I was? My question is does that mean anything her attitude changing? Why would she be concerned where I was? I really love her and what her back
