Well, I’m in such shock and can’t believe what happened. I’ve been at what was my current job for 4 months in career services at a college. You all have seen my posts, today is the straw that broke the camels back. I really felt like I was trying my best and my boss was pretty positive towards the quality of my work, I have felt micromanaged at times tho (lot of pressure due to meeting placement rate). She said I was one of the stronger people in the office but she’s been up my ass so what is it?

Today during a call she told me to do something and I clapped back saying I DID in fact do it, she’s ready to give orders and assume I didn’t do it. She replies to an email saying that we should do something different instead, all of these new things that are coming out of the woodworks. I was actually about to leave the building and not come back right b4 we had a big meeting to discuss graduation tomorrow.

I talked to my dad and he said just say you were at the bathroom. I was 10 min late, a coworker came looking for me with an attitude and my boss was yelling at me in front of the other people in the meeting saying that she wants to talk to me after. They proceeded like nothing happened, someone asks me a question and I turn to my boss saying “this is the way I’m being treated for the ONE time that I’m actually late to something”. And she said that was beyond the point, to not talk about it now. I said I’m not dealing with this, dropped my notes on the table and walked out. Left my desk keys on my desk and drove off.

Mind you, this was at 5 PM. I haven’t gotten any calls or emails. I am really shocked that I got such cunty behavior, when I have not seen this side of leadership. The ONE time I’m late?

Would you all have done the same?

I am new to here, but I want honest thoughts on this. So a little while back, my group of friends stole I guess you could say a couple of things off the what we call "slut group", well i did it to kinda get back at them for the shit stirring they had been doing. Anyway my lot were at a pool party which had temporary left to walk the 2 mile round trip, it was like 50 degrees! Had my toe sandals to try resist it. as I am dropping one of these items i am intercepted by one of them, as I got to the nature shed I, e meeting point she shouted my name and basically they had tricked us into meeting one of them with their own shit, I keep tight hold of the stuff, but she then managed to wrestle with me and quickly tie my hands behind my back, a I sat up she put a orange in my mouth she even said "have your five a day", before putting a single piece of white tape on top, and tied my feet with my own belt. I was found a while later by one of my friends who wondered where I had got too, she waited like 15 seconds of staring at me before untying me, my first words once un gagged "just untie my feet!!" but It gets brought up and laughed at by my friends a fair bit, am I being paranoid as this being something or nothing or should I be worried?

So I've been talking to this guy for 2 months we met twice a month apart, i told him at the beginning that maybe we can just be friends and see how things go.. since i was in a situation that is kind of blocking my emotions and meeting people.. he totally understands and was very positive about it and didn't seem like he was going anywhere.

The first time we met we paid for our own drinks , the second time we met i paid for the movie tickets since last time i was gonna pay since i had gift cards to the place we went too but there was miscommunication.. then he said he will pay for the snacks and then he offered to share his popcorn. (Prior to the movies i asked him randomly if he had romantic feelings for me and he said sometimes he does and he likes how i can hold a conversation etc)

He asks me questions, invited me out the first time when i told him i needed some more time. We do talk every day but not very frequently.. in the beginning it was but recently its been a bit less. He looked nice whenever we saw each other , showed of his new shoes, asked if he should keep his beard or not.
