From what I've seen, I believe it's clearly women as men are expected to be the hard worker, provider, have everything together, spoil her, be good in bed, be great looking, have perfect social skills, be a great talker, and have a lot of friends, whereas all men expect from women is that they aren't wildly unhealthy, and show a bit of compassion and appreciation for the work they do.
