I was browsing my own local shop online and the first thing I did was to check the measurements of outfits before buying, most of the time the measurements were meant for petite woman with small boobs not for women or girls with a thicc body and medium/large boobs. I always have to buy clothes from H&M or Cotton On which caters to bigger sized woman like me. Whenever I went shopping for a bra made locally, the biggest is always a C cup. I wanted to support local fashion products but I couldn’t do it since all of their outfits couldn’t fit me. I remembered going bra shopping at the big mall near to my house, the lady in her 30s was asking me what size am I. I told her I was a 30D, she was very shocked and her reply was “that was very big, in Singapore majority of women and girls are a B cup, you’re like one of the few who had a D cup.” She said that she didn’t had my size so I went to a luxury mall to find my size. I was shopping at Victoria’s Secret as I had read online about some women talking that those bras caters to bigger boobs. A staff who was the same race as me asked me what’s my size to which I replied the same thing. She was very surprised, the good thing was she said they did have my size. I tried on the bra and waited for 15 minutes to see if it was comfortable, shockingly it wasn’t comfortable at all. The good news was I didn’t spend over $60 on a bra like that. I think guys would understand if they’re in a situation where outfits didn’t fit them most of the time because they’re muscular or bigger size than the average guy.

I have a medium somewhat curvy build. My body fat is around 22 or 23%. My measurements are 36.5 bust, 25-26 inch waist and 36.5 hips (93/65-66/93 in centimetres).

The problem is that I feel fat no matter what. I've lost a decent amount of weight 8 kg (that's around 17-18lbs) and I'm wondering whether that is enough of if I should try and lose more. I don't think I'll ever feel confident about my body no matter how much I change though.

What always brings this problem up is when I see other girls especially taken girls. I am single and I've always thought my looks, especially my weight is the problem. Every girl who had a boyfriend on her arm that I saw today (I was out shopping and getting a covid vaccine) are skinny, so I believe there is a connection.
