Taylor is paying all the bills, and giving everyone money. Arthur and Rachel take turns caring for Nelson. Arthur teaches Nelson how to walk and potty trains him. Even teaches him a few words. Rachel is now 21 but the justice system put Arthur on the Sex offenders register list. So Arthur can barely go anywhere and can't get a job because of this.

Did Arthur deserve this? Oh yeah and too add is was dating Rachel and had romantic feelings for her since she was 16 years old. They have a picture of Arthur kissing Rachels forehead. the judge said that Arthur is evil and should stay unemployed until he dies. Arthur only has a degree in teaching and isn't allowed around children. The police comes to their house weekly they often need to hide Nelson.
