He approaches her randomly on the street. She doesn’t speak English. But he knows basics of her language.

He approaches her, on a busy street in daylight. Behaves friendly, compliments her outfit. Says he wants to make new friends as he’s new to the city and needs to pick up the language. Asks what she does for a career and builds a conversation.

However, he doesn’t have any social media like she’ll have. He’s a stranger.

Personally i'm starting to realize i like short cute girls with deep emotional personality traits, if that makes any sense haha... so i do believe that in order to get what you want you have to go after it.

Except venues during nightime i barely ever see guys approaching the women they want, i can
see them sometimes checking them out or even starring but barely ever see them approaching.

So if a guy really wants a girl and has a pretty clear idea of what he wants, would you suggest to just
approach more girls wether strangers or in social circle to increase chances because if not
i'm still wondering what's the alternative... really? Just keep working on yourself?

Yes i believe working on yourself is a priority either way but about approaching publicly those girls that im not sure a lot of people approve which is kinda why i'm asking this x)

I live in Brazil. I see some insanely pretty girls.

I’m thinking of just approaching a stranger. However I will have to talk in a language I’m basic at atm.

But I’ll say something like this, in Portuguese!

Hi what’s your name. I’m from USA, I’m new to the town and I would really like to make new friends.
I also need to learn the local language, and I could improve your English. What do you study etc...

Is that decent.

I always dress well too. But I’m not amazing looking. I've been rejected a lot, before.
