Little Acts Of Kindness To Include In Your Daily Life

Hello everyone.

I for one am constantly thinking negatively. So i thought i would find a way to include positivity in my life , and in yours too!

I truly believe we all need to be nicer to one another and even if it is hard I know we are all busy with our own thing and all , but try to include those little things in your life.

1. Smile or say hello to a stranger

I know it sounds like a weird thing , but I'm saying if you're in line or stuck somewhere with a stranger or about to sit down next to someone, give a friendly smile and say hello. Do not focus much on how they react, most likely they will react the same or have a neutral reaction. But at the end of the day what you're doing is just to be nice and polite , who knows? Maybe you'll make somebody's day a whole lot better. I know that would make me happy if it happened to me.

2. Pet someones dog/pet and compliment them

I know this sounds random , but I'm usually really happy when someone says nice things about my dog!

Do not approach a mean pet for your and their safety as well , but usually people walking their dogs for example the dog will be very sweet and will really like your pets.

Especially if the pet is a dog tell them they're a good boy/girl and tell the owner they have a beautiful pet.

3. Smile at children if they stare at you

This world can sometimes be a cruel place , but for the sake of children i won't let it be!

Even though I'm very awkward and usually children will just blank-ly stare at me after I smile at them, I do it anyway!

I also love smiling at babies , even though i do not want kids of my own i love how babies most of the time smile back.

4. Remind a loved one that you care about them

I sometimes just get moments when i need to remind my friends ( and even my doggo ) that I love them and care about them. Whether that be by giving them something, sending a nice message or hugging them , make sure you remember the things and people you really care about in life and make it known.

5. Most importantly, be kind to yourself !

Read a nice book , treat yourself to some delicious dessert or buy yourself a new t shirt. Whatever it is that makes you feel self love , do it.

I pamper myself with a skincare routine and do nice things to my hair and workout. All those things make me feel like I'm taking good care of myself and loving myself.
