I have been dating this guy since 2 months, and I haven't felt emotionally connected to him because he doesn't make an effort to actually get to know me. We do talk a little on tex and have some sweet talk, but we never talk on call.

We did talk about it and he also feels like there's no emotional investment and that the relationship is TOO CASUAL. He doesn't want anything casual and wants something serious.

But then he isn't making an effort to do things for me. I feel like he just does some sweet talk but never shows that he cares about me. I even told him that good communication is the key and that the lack of communication is a problem. He agrees with me but never does anything.

Should I break up instantly or do I wait it out? Please tell me

I've been talking to this guy for a week. In the beginning he was really pushy to meet because he was excited to meet me and is the type to meet someone right away. He sent me his address. I went closer to him to meet up since he doesn't drive yet. The day we meet up i pull into the place but someone was about to close it up so i drove off out of panic and didn't end up meeting him. (He was there already) he called me a couple times and didn't pick up (I don't know why i didn't) then later threw it back at my face "well i called you 2 times and didn't pick up" he would say things like that that bugged me. (We talked about it and its all good). he's a very sexual guy, we sexted and other things over the phone.

He would say a couple times that he was surprised that he finds me this attractive. I knew what he meant but kind of took it the wrong way. I talked to him about some things and he got his back up/felt like i was judging him. He apologized for what he said and he told me he genuinely likes me and wants to date me. He repeated it over and over that he liked me and complimented me a lot even before this.

He was annoyed beforee that i was judging him without fully knowing him. We video called for 2.5 hours. He seems like he puts up this wall and doesn't like when people think badly about him. During our call in the beginning he was getting emotional over a family member then he was fine. He says he's an emotional person as well. Near the end i could tell he was getting in the mood. He calls me baby too and compliments me a lot and asks me questions about myself.

This man always put some fear in me. I don't know what it is. And he has also after some time started being emotional towards me : showing anger and jealous anger. So now i know i have a reason to be scared of him LOL. But yeah i am legit scared of the guy. But i also like him so its not like i am JUST scared of him. Recently i kind of backed away when he said something to me an got close randomly. Lol. I am legit scared in my being. Its not some conscious thing.
