Hi!

Got "rejected" from my crush after the second date.
She did the classic: I don't know what I want, need to find myself.
But she still wants to remain and hangout as friends.
More or less "Be a nice guy and sit on the back-burner".

She broke up (9yrs rel) with her Ex half a year ago, I guess this also has some toll in her decision.
Oh, just a side-note, it appears they've not moved on from each other coz they're still friends on social-media and liking/hearting each others posts aaand hanging out...

So I did the exit with "I'm not interested in friendship, but if you change your mind and I'm still available, don't hesitate to reconnect".

Now to the topic and question.
Should we remain friends on social media (FB)?
I mean, so I do not completely vanish from the earth.
Maybe someday when she actually are ready and I pop-up as online.. "oh that guy? I do remember him.." (yes, I still have hope in the moment, she did testing the waters for some reason...)

OR

Is this a bad idea, coz then my availability to her won't vanish from earth "enough". Therefor she will have better chance to forget about me, and then maaayybe from a universal coincident gets reminded of me and wants to rekindle?

We live in different cities (1h apart), so chances we bump in each other on daily basis are slim to none, and we haven't DM since two weeks ago, when she did the speech.

I met her at a party and I got her Snapchat. She lives far away from me so our communication has been mainly over Snapchat and messaging apps like zoom. We talk a lot and I share things with her.

Because I am older than her she jokes about me being her sugar daddy. Sometimes she opens my messages instantly. I did a video call with her and she said that she was glad that we are alone because she could cook me dinner and she said there was wine available and that were gonna be dating. When she went to bed she was saying I was in there with her and I had to say goodnight to her. She has also dedicated a song to me and she doesn’t do that to her other guy friends

She has said she wants to come and see me when she can. This other guy says she’s a Queen and that and she doesn’t really say anything but when I do it she sometimes goes red. Today she was joking about the sugar daddy thing and I wrote all these messages going along with the joke and she started going super super red. She giggles heaps. Laughs at things others do not or I would not. We’ve had a few fights but she always forgives me. She gets jealous of other women and she jokingly said to me “hey you can have another girlfriend I won’t mind I won’t”. What do you think? Does she like me? I do like her obviously but yeah what do you think? Vote or comment your answer!

She told her friends that she wanted a guy that would send her flowers so I told her I would do it later. I wanted to anyway cos it’s being kind

When I sent her a screenshot of me actually contacting the place she just replied with a smile and a wink. No follow up about them so I won’t push the issue cos that would be weird but what’s up with the wink? I don’t wanna ask her about the wink cos that would be weird too lol.

in our previous meetings she said that I know her well and she was like you know it all ok you got me alright when I told her that I know that she’s about making money and doesn’t really mean what she says to people

one time she said to one of her friends oh me and (my name) are dating now and she’s been really possessive of me lately too

I also have my own trauma where I think I’m gonna be played or led on so yeah if you can help out I’d appreciate it. Also - she is a content creator (not OF or anything) so she has to you know tell paying men things which she wouldn’t say really to them. Like customer service - you say how was your day when really you don’t care.
