I work with this girl that I had a little crush on. We starting having little conversations here and there at work. The vibes she was giving me came off like she was into me. One day I decided to pass my number to her, which she accepted. I asked her a few days ago to hangout. She then told me that if it was a date, then she would have to deny me. Of course, I tried to play it off like it was for friend purposes. Yesterday, we started talking and she revealed that she had a boyfriend, which shocked me a little. She is from a different country and has been here for 4 years. Her boyfriend is in her home country. I didn't ask any details because I felt that it wasn't my place to ask. Isn't that a violation to be hanging out with another guy by yourself, when you are in a relationship? I am really wondering what her intentions are.
