Why does she still have my number?

So this girl would send mixed signals then when i approached her she would reject me. When i'd try to move on with my life she'd continue to send mixed signals. So about a year ago i deleted her number because i was tired of her b. s + she got new a boyfriend. She gloated about it and somehow the statuses she uploaded about her new relationship were indirectly aimed at me.

So my forward friend knowing that i deleted her number asked her about me and her reaction was like "He is angry. He blocked me". I got a new phone so when i restored my backup her number was part of my contacts. Her status appeared on whatsapp. Why would she still keep my number?
