Should killers found not guilty by reason of insanity be released early?

This guy murdered a little boy in his bed at home. He attacked others in the family and the dad tackled and held him down til police arrived.

Found not guilty by reason of insanity, but got 20yrs (to 2038) for stabbing the boys sisters and other issues. Got out early in 2026 from Kentucky... was just re-arrested in FL for not registering with the state.

The not guilty by insanity thing needs to go away. People who hurt children need to be taken out of society, regardless of what their reason was for hurting children.
