You had pain in your heart? primarily back or upper back (where heart pain seems to radiates) from emotional discourse with your partner, or work stress?

What feel like, how did you get past it?

I've been to dr's before and they simply said, your heart is fine, it's stress. My relationship is challenging me to change, grow out of some old hangups and although may be good in many ways, it hurts a lot. I feel a needle pain in my back, sometimes down my arm. I know the common thought is "clogged" artery, etc.. Been tested, that's not it.

Seems like emotional pain, due to holding onto emotions or substantial intense emotional arguments. Some days ok, some not.

I woder how many people die from this or get stuck in life weighted down by the emotions.

Girls... how would you rather communicate with your committed partner? Lets assume you know them and developed some level of trust in each other...

Phone - rather not be in person
Text - could be close, but it's easier to type and use emojis!
While wrestling, judo or other type physical?
Something else?

And does it change based upon the discussion? Like... if you're in confrontation vs intimate conversation.
Does a particular position help alleviate confrontation?
