I was reading something that surprised me, it said that in a survey made to men they said that they prefer that a woman does not talk so much. But most of the men I have talked to almost do not speak if I do not start a topic the talk would be extremely boring. So is it true that they prefer that they speak only what is necessary?

We speak via voice chat. Yesterday, we were talking about something in a game and I made a comment saying “lol men, well certain men” (we were talking about keeping things tidy). And I told him about a comment one of my coworkers said, we had a luncheon yesterday and the dessert was toppled over, she said this is what happens when you leave it to be done by men. He got defensive and I was backing her up. We work with disorganized instructors and I think she was implying them specifically, not men all together. And he was shaken up that I defending her, I just said I’m not talking I’m staying quiet. After that, I muted my mic and it was quiet for maybe 10 min. He tried keeping the convo flowing maybe twice, saying “so…yeah” because it was dead air. And he sends a message asking if I fell asleep and I spoke saying I’m scared to talk. It wasn’t brought up again, we spoke briefly after that and I left the conversation at “I’m done, I’m going to call it a night I’m tired”. I’m overly sensitive this week, more than I usually am, I really think I’m PMSing. He was saying things jokingly but I was taking offense so I just ended it there versus saying anything else I’d regret.

This girl at work asks about him when he's not there. She goes up to him and makes eye contact with him, touches him and makes sexual jokes at him. What a weirdo. Most people at my job are proud sluts the men and women. I am celibate til marriage. I just see this loud girl and think goodness gracious her thirst is annoying and weird. Like damn if you're gonna be all over one guy at work can't you do it NOT at work?

He flirted with me a ton and i think he in some level likes or liked me. But i am a quiet girl not a thirsty girl like this loudmouth slut (before you slam me for calling her that, ask her yourself if she's a slut).
