Are woman in modern times making dating harder for everyone?

Now men okay their part in dating and we make our own mistakes and contribute in our own way to the issues in dating. But something I feel is often overlooked especially BY WOMAN is the impact and issues they bring that is plain and simple making dating much harder than it needs to be for everyone involved especially with how much the preach about equality nowadays. But where is that same equality when it comes to dating? Woman's standards especially younger woman standards our quiet frankly ridiculous nowadays. Yet I still see so much online complaints that men have it easy in dating and men our ruining dating. How can we change this and do you agree or disagree?

Of course this is an issue both genders have but since you are focusing specifically on women so will I. Women nowadays obviously have higher standards for men in general because Women's idea of the perfect man is just that, perfect. And while wanting this perfect man, they also want to be loved for their own flaws and imperfections. And since being a woman means you have a lot more choices versus dating as a man where your options are a lot less plentiful, they go through so many "okays", "decents" or "terribles" and become even more picky. They start to believe it's the handfuls upon handfuls of men who need to change, not them. I hope I conveyed my thoughts well enough.

I agree very much so and I think that some woman have become far to picky and it's blocking a lot of their blessings in the process. I'm not gonna sit here and act like men are perfect cause we're not and our lack of being as picky as woman are is actually a big flaw that is hurting us more then helping.

You said it perfectly. And you can see the evidence in any woman centered space online. Like feminist forums or forums for female products.

When you sneak into a female only space, and read the things they say. You quickly see that what was said here is the absolute truth.

There is like an evolution in the minds of women as they age. They fuck a lot of men who dont deserve it. The men who do, change their personalities and their actions, to get the same reward that those men who have lots of sex get.

But women dont want those men truly. Not long term. But men who can't have freedom of choice the way the scumbags do, will change the. selves to be able to have the same level of choice.

The only way to have a high level of choice in women as a man, is to be a manipulative player.

So in my opinion the dating game is messed up because every man wishes he could have as much choice as the player, and feels like the player is the only guy girls truly want. Because we see the evidence for it every day despite what girls say here on the internet.

Both of the sexes are at fault here. Firstly most women (not all) are simply overgrown children who refuse to grow up and be responsible like adults. And secondly you have many men who coddle women and will not hold them to any standards at all. This has resulted in generations of lazy, apathetic, entitled childish women that are disgustingly toxic. And of course these men refuse to correct or call women out on their bullshit behaviours which is why we are all in the situation that we are in. In fact there is a quote from the movie Last of the Mohicans which I believe describes the dating/ relationship dynamics between men and women very well.

So until the majority of men grow a pair of balls, and start thinking with their brains instead on their dicks, and stop simping for women, this problem will persist.

I think it will continue to get worse and worse until the majority of men hate women. if only 20% of men are getting sex then 80% of men will despise women and it won't happen in a vacuum. Some men will assault or kill women out of a sense of rejection. Other men will actively work against women in ever facet of life from employment to politics. I can see a battle of the sexes brewing and life getting harder and more dangerous.

I somewhat agree there are a lot of men out there who will very much do get overly aggressive on the face of rejection. And considering how nowadays there's a good portion of men talked about that can't handle rejection I can see it getting worse.. Especially with Woman who are raising there absurd standards even more these days. An average looking man is lucky if he can get an average looking woman these days especially if he has his shot together and she doesn't. Modern dating is called hookup culture. Personally i find it easy but an actual relationship is fucked up and hard to come by.
