Is it a bad idea to throw caution to the wind and ask a girl to be my girlfriend without having dated?

It's a very bad idea. In the first place, we don't ask women to be our girlfriends. We just ask them on a date -- coffee, lunch, dinner, depending on how well we know them. When we are seeing each other often, and not dating others, then we are a couple.

Yea I have a bunch of female friends but honestly they're kind of shit at giving advice.

They're too honest with me because we are too close. They tell me to be bad. Bad meaning chasing women and flirting and fucking and using them however I want.

They think i should be something I will never be. And I hate their advice.

I don't know much about dating. Every girlfriend I had so far, happened from a spark. Like we went from being platonic, to suddenly kissing, having sex, and falling in love.

So I suppose I have no idea what people usually do when dating. I kind of hope that she just likes me enough to want that too.

Ultimately I would like to find a girl to wife up and have a baby with. But like I don't know how to express that without it being weird. Like "hey I want to date you with the express purpose of marrying you." That just sounds strange to me.

I just want her to be my girlfriend, and if it works out that we want to get married than we can. If not it's all good.

I have no idea how normal people do things. Most girls I dated it was always just something clicks and suddenly we are kissing fucking and falling in love.

I'm not necessarily hoping for it to go that fast. But that's the only reference I have...

I have witnessed many men marry women simply to secure access to a long term sex partner. Many men are literally that desperate. So it doesn't prove anything to wait until marriage.

I think it's silly. If she wants to wait I'll just move on. If she puts that level of importance on it, she's not the one for me. I think it's delusional. You can't test a man's love, if he I'd that desperate he will go to any lengths to secure access to sex, that's what I think I'm sure you know that too.

I just be me and I love hard. I have zero worries about sex whatsoever. If I love her she will know it.
