The term climate change denier has been thrown around quite often and people who have subscribed to that view complained that it's comparing them to Holocaust deniers. Said denialists also said it's just "offensive" to compare their position to denying the mass slaughter of 6 million innocent people. BUT it's currently estimated that global warming kills 150,000 a year [https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/global-warming-and-health/]. That number is growing so let's say (to get a very rough approximation) that the number of deaths was 0 when global warming became an issue 40 years ago and rose linearly to where it is at the present. That means that the average death toll per year since then was 75,000 per year. Multiply that by 40 and we get a death toll from global warming of 3 million. Now you may argue that this estimate is too rough but for the past 7 years we could assume a similar number of deaths per years which would put the current death toll at around 1 million at the absolute least. Again this is not as many who died in the Holocaust but the Holocaust was in the past and this is happening now. So what kind of denial do you think is worse?

I know the question sounds stupid but I wasn't a saint myself with other past gfs either during my younger years. I think that's part of the reason I guess I'm being more lenient and trying to see if it can be worked out.

In the past, I would either dump a girl just to sleep with another one, party too much, made a girl live with me with false hopes about starting a family and one time did cheated on an ex girlfriend. When she found out, I realized what it felt to see a person in tears and asking why countless times. I never begged to be take back but said she deserved better.

I changed my ways by late 2016 and take things more serious now. I didn't find out. She confessed in the evening of that same day it happened and has been losing sleep over it. So do I take her back? I have to admit this is the first time I've ever had a girlfriend cheat on me. It's also my first time I'm in the position to grant forgiveness.

I have dated one girl in my life. For almost 6 years. Obviously we had sex, more than a few times. But she seriously messed me up after a while and then left. She's out of the picture. She got really just, toxic I guess, near the end.

I've had hell of a time moving on from the whole thing, and admittedly I've gotten pretty paranoid because of it all. I was already really insecure before all that, and needless to say that has dropped out the bottom of the bucket recently. So now here I am trying to get back into dating...

If a girl has been with other men-- even just one-- I get really.. nervous, I guess. I have a hard time believing she actually wants to be with me, and the paranoia kicks in. I am trying to get better about this but it feels like every time I think I might actually like someone again they turn out to have an ex, normally multiple, and even if they say they don't love their exes I know they would have told them otherwise. I'm in no position to be picky, but with girls like that I can't trust them...

And I KNOW that sounds ridiculous but if they're a virgin I know they are clean. And they don't know anyone but me like that. So they have no reason to lie to me about stuff like that. And there's plenty or other stuff that I won't get into because of length but I just feel stuck here. And at this point I'm not willing to change it.

So my question is: Does this make me a hypocrite? And if so, or if not, please tell me why in a comment? If you think something else, please say what and why... If you need more info let me know I'd be willing to give some.. thank you.
