My sister is 40, but looks like she's 22. She's has an amazing figure and looks really young. She has 2 kids already. I love her a lot, but the problem is that she dresses like she's 20. She wears tank tops, forever 21 clothes, Hollister, all the clothes that young girls wear like tight jeans, dresses, shorts, skirts, low cut tops. She says that as long as she keeps her physique like that and stays looking young, she'll keep dressing this way in a young way no matter now old she gets. She added that even if she does get old, she will still dress this way. Many guys in public oggle her and it makes me uncomfortable. My mom even says that about her that she should dress her own age. But some people have told me that we are both wrong and that she dressing like that is absolutely fine. I'm here to get more opinions. What is your thought on this? How would u feel if ur mom, wife, or anyone who is a female in your life is in her 40s or 50s and dresses that way?

Meaning this was a standard you set, not her.

I had a guy one time who was job hunting and about to secure a really well paying job in the oil and gas sector.

But came down to it during during a late night talk that he needed to know how much I make so he can rest assured that he made more or would have to keep pushing on until he made more.

Firstly, I’m not keen on discussing such things with anyone outside of my financial advisor or person I’m filing joint tax returns with and sharing ownership in property.

We, at the time we’re getting serious, so I didn’t give him a dollar amount but explained that he would make more than me on a monthly basis before taxes. And that I work 12 months and he works 6-8 months at most.

He will be on my healthcare and I will have to find him insurance to get into the job site.

My point was that it doesn’t matter that i might make more. Together, our varying types of income and health benefits compliment each other. We both had lots to gain from the flow of money and security our jobs together combined, of an aged properly.

He wasn't having that, I think I finally just let him have his pride in that he makes more than me a month even if he only works one month out of the year, he made more that month.

Every other man I’ve dated does make more than me and they know it.

Would it really bother your woman made more than you? If so, why?

I know some might say that age doesn’t really matter - but to be quite honest - it really does. Science has recently suggested that the human brain doesn’t fully stop developing until somewhere between age 20 and age 25 (maybe later in some cases). In light of that evidence, surely age in correlation with adult maturity should play a role in when one decides to have a child.

I feel the more mature you are, the more life experience/education you have as well as how developed and ‘adult’ your brain is make for better parents who are more equipped to deal fully with a child’s needs.

I’m going to say my opinion would be anywhere between 25 and upwards.

I know i'm still really young & this probably sounds wrong,
But, i fancy a guy who's 20 years older than me!
I thought he was younger when i first saw him, cos he looks younger.

But anyways, I'm really mature for my age & we get along well.
he's got a great sense of humour and he's so nice. And im really attracted to him, he has really nice eyes.
I also love how mature he is compared to guys my age, he's lovely!

He also said 'hey gorgeous' to me the other day 😍

Does age matter? Would relationships not work if they have a 20 year age gap?
