Search Results: he never follows up on doing things

Okay so I've known this guy since October , and we talked a few times a week so not everyday, so I'm used to not texting him for a short while. Recently though, we stopped talking completely. It's confusing though , because that same week we last texted he expressed how interested he was in me, and that he likes me a lot. The thing is, I sent the last text and he never replied or followed up or anything. He totally went MIA. What gives me a little hope in that he might still be interested is that we've gone through a period of not talking for a little over 3 weeks or so, and I gained enough courage to text him back. Through doing so, he replied and we hit it off again- he even told me that he was waiting for me to text that entire time. What's stopping me from texting him this time , is that I don't want to chase him, and I felt like I did a great deal of chasing when we were talking consistently. Is he interested or not? I feel like he isn't , even though he expressed it before he went MIA. I think the whole " If he/she was interested , he/she would be texting you " is slightly bs, because I'm still very much interested in him, but I'm not texting him. Need advice please 💖
