God uses different people to have a spiritual impact on others to warn them of their destructive lifestyle and this is actually Biblical. God uses many people to reach others to Christ but that person needs to have Holy Ghost conviction at the moment for salvation to be possible.

Do you think Franklin Graham will win as many souls to Jesus as Billy Graham did? My opinion is no and not because it is Franklin's fault or he isn't caring. It is because people today have seared consciouses when it comes to taking their spirituality seriously and often follows a perverted spirituality rather than a pure spirituality. They choose that spiritual path because they choose to walk in the flesh instead of the Spirit of the true God.

If the Holy Ghost doesn't convict you that you need a Savior, no salvation is coming your way and thus, you ain't getting saved.

Many people don't realize this but President Donald John Trump actually called Franklin Graham on the telephone asking him how he could become saved and receive Jesus. So yes, Trump had the Holy Ghost conviction inside of him or he'd not asked Franklin that. Just because you have Holy Ghost conviction doesn't mean you will be saved either. It just means you are able to receive salvation. You still need to ask for it and reach out for it, which can only occur if the conviction by the Holy Ghost comes.
