I am 20 years old, no tattoos (never will), and only standard ears pierced.
i'm on a mission to get back in shape, I imagine it will be at least a year before I will look how I want, so I guess I would be fit at 21. (hopefully)

After fantasizing about what a nice belly I could have, I wondered if I would look good if I pierced my navel.

Most of the time I think I would just wear the little ball ones with clear color or light purple. I wouldn't be showing my belly unless I was going swimming. I wouldn't want to show off, it's just a reward to myself for getting the belly I wanted.

To guys and girls: Do you think a belly button piercing will look stupid on someone like me? is 21 way too old to get one? why? If I took it out and left a scar, would you find that gross?
I just want to know what the world thinks of these kinds of piercings so I can stop thinking about it. Any thoughts are appreciated.

So there's this guy that I've known and liked for about 2 years now. We initially met through mutual friends, but I had a falling out with those friends but still remained cool with him. We've always kept in touch and will text once every few months to meet up and hang out, get food, go to a bar or movie. When we're together it feels like we're dating/boyfriend and girlfriend. We play off each other really well, never run out of things to say, have good chemistry ;) In the beginning I really want to make him my boyfriend, but I was too insecure to really suggest it... I was mad he didn't ask me to, and ignored him for a while.. I realized that was dumb, and finally told him why I was upset. Now we are back to just being friends.. which is fine... but it's just weird to be in a sexual relationship where there is no future. One thing I'm curious about is the things he says sometimes that leave me wondering how he truly sees me. I'm starting to think he thinks I'm kind of beneath his league or too inexperienced. Recently we were hooking up and after we were done, he was exhausted and was saying how I make him feel young again and how he hadn't done anything like that since he was 16. He said it like he was re-living his glory days for the moment as opposed to cherishing an intimate time that we had just had... I'm 25 and he is 27. I don't think he is that old that he really needs to make a statement that he feels I make him feel young again.. Is he uninterested in having sex with me?

So, I was just wondering how intimate is kissing and cuddling? Or how big of a deal is it to you? I was talking to a friend who was telling me about a guy's girlfriend we both know being mad at him for playing a kissing game at a party.
Which to me, I understand. I wouldn't want my boyfriend kissing other people. What I really am curious about is... how personal is it? Do you guys think that it is something that should be taken seriously? I think it is. I enjoy kissing but I wouldn't want to do it with just anyone. It has to be someone special. My boyfriend and I, I think have the same opinion. We are very affectionate towards each other but we weren't like that until we started dating.
I have some friends that will just make out with anyone.. and I just don't get it... What is your opinion of the intimacy of kissing/ showing affection?

my question: so I'm pretty upset for several reasons. 1) i got too excited to finally get out of the house. 2) i understand my friend wanted some alone time with her bf... but they've gotten intimate before so it wasn't anything special, so considering how close i am with my best friend i was almost hoping they would just skip leaving the party and stay so that way i could go to the party and her boyfriend drops us back in our town. i know that this is selfish on my part but I'm at the point in my friendship with her that we would do anything for each other, even if it meant ditching sex and keeping each other company.

background story:
today is Halloween and i actually do not really like this holiday. anyways, considering this, i didn't really have plans but i didn't really want to stay at home watching netflix. i was talking to my friend earlier and she said her and her boyfriend were going to a party and she ended up inviting me. said party is at a local college, where the guy I'm flirting with happens to dorm. so i got really excited cause even though I'm 18, I've never been to a party. i have over protective parents, so you can imagine how happy i was when they allowed me to go. i got ready and everything, they picked me up, and as i was in the car my friend mentioned something about how was i going to get home.. i assumed her bf was gonna drop both of us off. apparently, they were both going to go to his house at some point and get intimate, and that he wasn't going to be able to come back to the party to pick me up and drive us home. this all happened in front of my house as we were getting to leave. so i ended up having to get out and go back in my house to do exactly what i didn't want to do, do nothing and watch netflix. my friend knew how much this party meant to me, and yet she still decided to make it impossible for me to go. do you think she could have decided to skip leaving the party and just stay with me, my guy, her and her bf?
