To be fair, he's very stressed out right now because of other things, and lastnight I told him I couldn't stay up late and tolk to him because I had leg day the next day. He got really upset. But, I had just spent an hour with him giving him a pep talk earlier that night.
I have always been into the gym just recreationally, but I recently got really serious. I go six days a week. All I talk about is the gym. My protein intake, my quats, my glutes, my biceps, my split etc.
Don't get me wrong, I do still support him and look after him. But the whole reason I started going so hard at the gym is because HE told me I needed to work out more. I was already going 3-4 days a week, and he told me to work out more. Not direcly. But he was looking at a porn and was really into the actress, so I asked him what made her body better than minte and he said, 'she probably works out more'.
I know I'm being cold because he really needs me at this time. But I'm not neglecting him totally. He told me to work out more, so I'm working out more. If he wants a body like that porn star, he has to accept that I'm going to be in the gym one to two hours a day 6 days a week.
What do you guys think? Am I right to be a little bit less supportive of what he needs? I cancel dates with my friends for him, I skip having dinner for him (which is SOOOO bad for my muscle gains) I usually do stay up late for him. If he wants a perfect body, don't complain with the reality of achieving it if I'm not genetically blessed with it.
