Me & my girlfriend Amber have to together for a year. We barely have sex and I’m sexually frustrated. It really pisses me off that amber refuses and makes up excuses most of the time. When we do have sex she acts like she’s doing me a favour.

Every time we have an argument. Amber complains that she doesn’t get what she wants, and mentions that she gives me sex once a week. I know relationships are not 100% about sex. But it doesn’t make sense to stay with someone who isn’t sexually attracted to me.

Amber has a history of being a slut. She herself told me she used to date two guys at once. And for that same reason is why her and her dad didn’t talk for years. She clearly wants the dick and been around the block. So why is she acting like this?

Amber evens talks about her sex life with her ex. She complains that they barely had sex and he cheated. And how she thinks it’s abuse to not have sex with your partner.

Amber talks about marriage, wants to introduce me to her dad in a month. But I don’t think I can go through with this. I feel like I’m a simp, loser, the nice guy finishing last.

I know I’m not the best boyfriend either. She complains that I don’t text her unless I message her first. Which is somewhat true, but. I also forgot to charge my phone at night. Then when I’m at work I don’t keep my phone on me. Due to the fact that I work in a hospital. But still, that’s not reason for her to act like this.

The reason I stayed is because does a lot for me. For example, my car is in the shop and she picks me up from work whenever she has time. And cooks for me when she has food at her house.

I know there is no way of saying this without sound snooty or self absorbed if you will. Let me explain. So this can apply to the little things in life. Like I used to post on social media certain things many years ago, then it became only big events in my life or something worth bragging about it you will. Now I don't even have an urge to do that. I used to so sexually frustrated and now I am not. Like recently about yesterday something great happened to me and now I don't even bother to tell family members. I just keep it to myself. I also don't get angry like I used to.

Me n my girlfriend spend lots of time together. We fight more than make love. I understand why she gets frustrated but I don’t think she needs to behave like this. I suffer from ADD and other mental health issues. It’s a problem at work and school. So I can understand her frustration to a certain extent. For example, I need things explained to 3 times and she knows that. Whenever she asks me to do something and I don’t understand. She gets angry and tells me “you can’t figure out anything. What the point in a useless man?”. I tell her I don’t like her talking to me like that and we end up not talking for a day or 2.

Last night night we were having good day. I took her out to eat and relaxed with wine in the hot sun after. Then the day was ruined very quickly. Again, I failed to follow her instructions correctly. She got mad and said “you never listen, this why I don’t feel sexually attracted to you, you’re selfish”. I’m used to hearing stuff like this, but it hurts more coming from someone who’s supposed to love me!

Most days together starts off happy talking about a future together, getting married etc. Then the moment I slip up it’s all hell breaks loose. On the flip side she does a lot for me without me asking. She even said she cut male friends out of her life for this relationship. Is this worth staying?
