If a guy is sexually frustrated and complains, why won't he pay for sex then?

My 19 year-old brother is an example. He's seems frustrated and wants to know what's it like going on a date, kissing a girl and having sex.

His best friend is on the same boat too. If they're frustrated, why won't they pay for sex? Someone suggested that and it didn't make them happy either.

I'd imagine finding a girl that would accept money for sex is a challenge all of its own. But then then to pay for the sex is to concede that you weren't good enough that she would want you to bang her for free. At my age that means almost nothing, but if your friend is around your age, his confidence in his own sexual prowess is likely crucial to his self esteem.

It's a good point then. I got his views on it just now. He doesn't want to spend money on a flight to Nevada and wants to get a girl he can have intimacy with, to spend time with, that he was able to get on his own. Paying for sex for him would mean that he wasn't able to get a girl, that he failed and will be back to dateless again once the deed it's over, back at emptyness.

Take care about the apparience, having modern and nice haircut, they right outfit that suts theirs body, nice combination of color, shoes always clean, smooth perfumes, mouth clean, nails cut, do excersices... Just spoke to him. It turns out he doesn't want just sex to get it done with a hooker and over with. He is frustrated but he finds it so low to be paying for sex and takes it as an insult, not a compliment.
He wants a girl he can spend time on and exactly as you just mentioned, have intimacy with.
