How do I stop feeling guilty that I have no experience with women? Also, how do I talk to women without feeling doubtful?

Right, now I talk to no one and it isn't helping because lots of my friends and colleagues are all talking about relationships. 1. Don’t be nerdy

2. Be more serious and smile less

3. Please please please, work out and make it to the gym daily!

7. If you wear glasses REMOVE THEM! No nerd 💩!

8. When you walk, do it with confidence. Keep your back straight. Walk like if you have large shoulders. (This will meditate your body to become more masculine if practiced daily)

9. Don’t complain to people. Specially to women. If you have complaints in life. Don’t speak them out. Maybe with other male friends. But not to a woman.
(A whiny brat is a turn off, also complaining is a feminine trait)

10. Try to brood more. “Brooding” is the same serious militant behavior. I’m not saying to look pissed off. Just act serious. Or keep a serious face.

11. Try to make your voice deeper. Or talk slower so that it sounds deeper. (This is also why I’m saying to get on steroids)

12. Stay away from “PORN”! Pornography not only damages your moral mind. But completely poisons you! Every man on porn will ultimately become addicted and comfortable, and that’s why it’s like poison. It turns you into a lazy slob or a looser.
It makes it so that you don’t even want to bother working on yourself. It makes it so that you don’t go out there and do all these things. Because the instant sexual gratification is at your fingertips!

Most men want to blame it all on women. Women are selective by nature.

If you follow these rules , if you stick to them.. then later on you can attempt asking a woman out, but not even. Most CHADS or BRADS don’t even ask out. Maybe instead of letting the success of your friends make you focus on what you don’t have, which leads to jealousy, let it make you think of what you have to look forward too.
