Yeah like Ashwara wore tons of it to her father's FUNERAL. Who wears so much eye makeup to a FUNERAL? She always has lots of makeup on but white people call her the most beautiful. They are still shoving it down our throats even when she is old news in India. We have had many leading actresses after her but they can't move on. I think that's why these women wear it and lie about it. They know it works. Not the most beautiful in the world

Lying about not wearing make up is weird.

I saw a video of someone testing out some makeup recently and at first I was like oh she must not be testing foundation because she's already wearing some. No, she just put the foundation she was testing over what she was already wearing. It was very strange.

I would feel a bit sad that they feel the need to lie as a consequence of the impossible standards that society has bestowed upon us.
I wouldn't be annoyed, I would understand and I wouldn't call them out on it because I wouldn't want to make them feel even more embarrassed or insecure.

My daughter has beautiful full eye lashes, and she has been accused multiple times of wearing mascara and lying about it.
She, like myself, doesn’t wear makeup.
While I don’t understand the point of lying about it, make sure the person is actually wearing makeup before calling them a liar.

She said she didn’t wear much makeup outside of her career as an actress. And she doesn’t. Most of her candids are makeup free. You can tell that they're wearing natural looking makeup from the photos. Only makeup I wear is like lip gloss and nail polish once in a while. Other than that face lotion and lip balm for me.
