My boyfriend prefers for us to hang outdoors than indoors when i’m on my period, am I overreacting to be upset about this?

He says that it’s because we don’t see each other that much and that he has a very high libido, and so when we do see each other and i’m on my period, he prefers for us to just hang outdoors. I understand where he’s coming from, he doesn’t want to be sexually frustrated and get blue balls, by at the same time, I am upset that he can’t just chill with me indoors, without us having to go there first. You’d think a guy that loves and cares for you would treat you better than that when you’re on your period. I make the much more longer journey to see him.

Exactly because he wants to treat you well he wants to go outside! A man in love becomes a sex machine. Probably he doesn't want to do something you wouldn't be comfortable with and out of respect he takes you outside. Moreover if you are at the beginning of your relationship and you two haven't explored everything and he is not sure where the boundaries are.
