I’d say depends on the bra style like an underwire gives more support and pushes them up and out more same as a bikini. Also depends on size of breasts. My girlfriend now my wife had B’s with a regular underwire bra. And when I hugged her I could feel them. Now she has C’a and wears a no wire bra and it kind of pushes them in so you really don’t see much of an outline of them through her clothes.

Yes, but not every boobs though. Some wear without pad, yes can feel. Some wear open cup bra, yes can feel. Some wear quarter cup or half cup bra, can feel. Some are wear braless outfit, then great feeling. So do you wear bra?
