New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is embroiled in the biggest scandal of his career with three women coming forward in the past week to accuse him of sexual harassment in recent years and while he was the state's chief executive.

Two former officials in the Cuomo administration, Lindsey Boylan and Charlotte Bennett, said Cuomo sexually harassed them on the job, including making romantic and sexual advances in the workplace that made both women feel uncomfortable. Boylan says she resigned in 2018 after Cuomo kissed her on the lips without consent.

At least 18 women have accused Donald Trump of varying inappropriate behavior, including allegations of sexual harassment or sexual assault. All but two came forward with their accusations before or during his first bid for the White House.

The latest accusation comes from Amy Dorris, a former model who told The Guardian this week that Trump forcibly kissed and groped her at the U. S. Open tennis tournament in 1997, prompting a new denial from the Trump campaign with weeks to go until the 2020 election.

Trump has vehemently denied all of the various women’s accusations multiple times. In some cases, he and his team members have specifically denied individual accusations, but they have also repeatedly issued blanket denials against all the allegations, calling the women liars.

In the past couple of years, there has been an urgency to rebalance the under-representation of women within corporate Britain. To redress this imbalance , a number of initiatives like the Hampton-Alexander Review , Women in Finance Charter and gender pay gap reporting have been implemented by the government and the private sector.
However, if one carries out a critical examination of the gains made in gender diversity, one will find out that these gains are asymmetrically distributed along racial lines. Women of colour in general and black women, in particular, have been left behind as white women grab the dividends emanating from gender diversity agitation. The gender issue is being embraced and perpetuated at the expense of women of colour. In short, the patriarchy prevalent in UK Inc is gradually morphing into a White Matriarchy.
