Girls, If you are an overweight woman at senior management level or above, does it bother you, TV and media portrays such roles with thin women?

A lady was telling me her sister is a senior executive. She works long hours and over the years grew considerably overweight.
Once she got promoted she had no time for gym.
She said TV makes it look easy with slim fit ladies but it's not.

It's not just about gym, she needs to watch what she puts in her mouth, and don't say it's difficult, you can be thin without working out, I have a friend who eats a lot because she works a lot, she's overweight, guess what, we work together, same schedule and the others are thin as if they eat every two days, it's self discipline, if she wants to be more advantaged, she must learn to attract the advantage towards herself, not to chase after it,
And for marketing, Tv and Media will portray self disciplined woman, you can't say, you know how to manage if you can't even do it to yourself, I'm not attacking her but this is how people will see it if you make an overweight women, it's all about image and marketing
