However, if one carries out a critical examination of the gains made in gender diversity, one will find out that these gains are asymmetrically distributed along racial lines. Women of colour in general and black women, in particular, have been left behind as white women grab the dividends emanating from gender diversity agitation. The gender issue is being embraced and perpetuated at the expense of women of colour. In short, the patriarchy prevalent in UK Inc is gradually morphing into a White Matriarchy.

1st the gender pay gap doesn’t exist, Women tend to pick lower paying jobs, Doesn’t mean all pick less lucrative careers but the majority of women don’t going into engineering or physics or business. It’s not because women are incapable of be coming engineers or physicists or become a business women They just tend to not be interested, They tend to like to go into more care giving jobs (teacher nurse hair stylist internal design or Real estate) Also women tend to also take more break or leave the job early my manager is a women she has a daughter and a son, recently her daughter broke her arm so she had to leave and take her daughter to the hospital of course that night I made more then her normally she makes more then me when her kids aren’t injuring themselves. But apply that across the board and women tend to make less them men also for some stupid reason these studies include stay at home mom’s and of course stay at home moms don’t get paid (yes being a full time mom is hard work I’m not taking that away from them). But when you add non working women in with working women of course there going to be a gender pay gab but it has nothing to do with Discrimination and has everything to do with the jobs that women take the fact they work less hours than men and for some stupid reason they are in stay at home moms Into the Statistics which of course skews them To make it look like there is a gender pay gap when In yeah Audi that’s illegal and there is no gender pay gap beyond choices. Now if you want to force women into physics engineering or becoming businesswoman then that seems a little bit unfair and you shouldn’t force anybody to do something that they’re not wanting to do, Of course if businesses could actually get away with paying women less than men they would hire nothing but women and men will never get a job Because they could actually get away with it but they can’t because that is discrimination which is illegal.
