Personally I think it's men. There was another story somewhere else that a non-virgin girl not only got dumped but got strung along for a couple years (the guy made her believed he would one day propose but never did) and then dumped suddenly when the relationship seemed to be great. Sure women can have double standards too none that I know went that far as using someone with feelings as commodities (destroying whatever little self-esteem and hope they had in you), purposely leading someone on for years, finding your own cruelty as funny, thinking others deserved to be treated poorly and then not even consider that person as a human.

i like this guy and sometimes i get the vibe that he likes me back, but there's also another girl that he used to like, but people say he doesn't anymore. what makes me get the vibe that there's feelings there for me, is that he constantly looks at me whenever, wherever. also, i feel as though he tries to be close to me, for example, when he's walking past me, he'll come really close to me. the thing is, the other girl he flirts with is basically dating another guy who's his friend, but he doesn't know, and they haven't put a label on it... but she shouldn't be leading him on which annoys me. also, this afternoon, we were signing a sheet and he was leaning over me writing cause i was in front and he was behind me then we walked away and nearly walked into each other and he was like woah and i apologised and he said nah it's all good and he gave me a really cute smile and had a cute look in his eyes. to add to that, i changed into my futsal uniform after school and he kept looking at me.

i met this guy first day of summer last year. It was online. But I saw him before from afar and stalked him online years before. Since we met online, this past year we've spoken hours and hours and hours online, like literally had nights where we talked sun down to sun up and didn't sleep. In person I've only stayed at his house overnight in the winter once. For 12 hours we stayed up and talked all night, no intimacy. It was mid winter. He's very introverted like me, he doesn't socialize and we're kinda punk, loners. He mentioned it had been years since he had a girl over, (he's genuine btw). We both have very busy schedules. He works 6 days a week and I'm at school all week with studies on the weekend. We live 45 minutes apart and our schedules kept conflicting. He also doesn't have a car. Months later, here we are trying again. I'll be out of school in a couple weeks with an open schedule. He reached out to me first, after not speaking for months, saying he hoped I was doing well, etc. This was a month ago, since then we have talked online for a couple hours here and there. Last week, I mentioned I would like to see him and he responded he definitely would too. we chatted some, now it has been a couple days.

Is this all in my head or is this leading to something? Do we have something going on or are we still as good as strangers?
