Well, this is a new one.
Some career counselor has advised women not to wear wedding rings to job interviews because it gives the impression that they're "high maintenance." It started with this blog post and then blew up on social and started spilling out everywhere. The exact advice reads as follows:

""When a man sees that ring he immediately assumes you are high maintenance. When the woman at the office who has the largest diamond on her finger, sees that ring, she will realize that if you are hired she will fall to second place and will, therefore, not like you. Lose the ring!"

Wow. What do you think?

I think I'm actually high maintenance... and I'm wondering if this a deal breaker to a majority of guys. I mean, yes there are worse things but it's still not high on the list of aspirations lol.

I suppose being a teenager puts me at a higher disposition of being high maintenance? (Looking for excuses now). I'm hoping this will change as I become older and more mature (and it will if I try hard enough).
