i hear that it's true on the internet a bit often but never heard this theory once from a real life personal trainer when I was weight training at a gym nearby my place. Some people have told me that while women usually do have stronger lower bodies than their own upper bodies, looks tend to be deceiving (the part when they mention how a lot of women have big muscle mass size on their lower bodies and not necessarily strength).

Me and my gf have been together for 7 weeks. She's really nice, caring and fun to be around. We have feelings for each other. We never argue! There's only one problem...

She's physically stronger than me, both in terms of strength and endurance. She can beat my by moderate a margin at bench press, leg press, arm wrestling etc. She could leave me waay behind in a race. Worse, she could beat me up in a fight.

But the worst part is that she is visibly stronger than me. I get so embarrassed when both our arms are showing. I don't mind it personally and neither does she, but its humiliating in public. It doesn't help that she's 5'11

So...

Should I break up with her?
