McCarthy accuses Waters of 'inciting violence in Minneapolis'



House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) is accusing Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) of "inciting violence" with comments in a Minneapolis suburb over the weekend and pressuring Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calf.) to act on them.

"Maxine Waters is inciting violence in Minneapolis — just as she has incited it in the past," McCarthy said in a tweet late Sunday evening. "If Speaker Pelosi doesn’t act against this dangerous rhetoric, I will bring action this week."

Waters made the comments in question while visiting Brooklyn Center — a city that is on edge following the police killing of 20-year-old Daunte Wright earlier this month and is located only a few miles from the scene of George Floyd's death last year.

The congresswoman said she was "going to fight with all of the people who stand for justice" and urged others to do the same, saying, "We’ve got to get justice in this country, and we cannot allow these killings to continue."

My girlfriend was curious about this topic, and I asked her if it's fine if I ask the question online and use an example pic of her wearing it. She said it's fine.

My girlfriend doesn't necessarily AIM for her oversized shirts to always cover her shorts, and even in the example pic it doesn't cover them all the way unless she has both arms down... but since her shorts are all pretty short, it just ends up happening anyway.

People seem to either have 2 extreme reactions to this outfit. Either they think it's cute as fuck, or go OMG GIRL WHERE ARE YOUR PANTS.

I think the latter reaction is rather silly, since it's obvious she'd be wearing shorts.

She usually just wears this for chill casual occasions. Like the beach, the gym, grocery shopping, hanging out with friends, going for walks, etc. Nothing professional or serious.

Personally, I think the look is pretty cute and hot. But she's curious if it's "fashionable", and I'm no expert.

I for one would absolutely use it. There are some questions i ask where if the person is under 20 i would not want comments, Mostly because Anyone under 20 would never have known hardship, responsibility, or really any other adult things, and their comments would provide nothing to the conversation.

And i could see some women wanting to restrict their question cause there are so many old creeps on here, Some of them are even pedo's..

And there are some situations where i would never use it cause i just want opinions.

This question assumes you'd be living alone and not with other people. You'd work downtown in a busy commercial area.

Would you rather live in a 20 square meter tiny room apartment a mere ten minute walk away from your full time, 40-hour-a-week job that's also quiet, dark and peaceful at night, and near a park?

Or would you rather live in a medium/medium-large-sized 70 square meter apartment that's an hour commute away from where you work that's also in a busy part of town with a ton of light pollution?

This is the tough decision I had to make ten days ago.
