I used to think that being hot means you're super confident and can get anyone, not quite, you know you're attractive and others want you, but rarely do you see really attractive people (Guys and girls alike) approaching someone they like, they get all the attention, they get approached but approaching seems very hard for them, for a good reason, when you know you're not like every other average guy/girl getting rejected will crush your self esteem, plus you never had to actually work hard to get attention.

Less attractive people and average ones viciously approach those they like, after 2 years of college, countless interactions with women and me approaching some here and there (mostly hot ones since as i mentioned the literally never initiate) i found out that unattractive girls have absolutly no problem approaching a guy, and i personally had my fair share of such girls giving me numbers and trying to date me, the hot ones while showed a lot of interest, stared at me often and even got compliments from them, never actually tried initiating anything with me or anyone for that matter, they just wait for things to happen.


maybe its just a theory but i feel that hot people are not good at approaching those they like while the average looking ones know if they never try to make it happen it will never happen, which to hot people is really irrelevant since they can easily find someone interested in them even theyre not hot.

if he had a horrible past of depression and anxiety

i did throughout high school and i've heard so many girls say they won't date a guy who's dealt with depression, suicide, and anxiety because it's "mentally retarded" , "too much drama" , and/or "way too much stress".

i don't have suicidal thoughts, isolate myself, feel constantly depressed, feel overly anxious, or hurt myself (cutting) since i graduated high school back in 2013 because it's like it all went away "magically" once i left

would you let something like that lessen the chances of dating a guy who was attractive? please be honest!

It seems like good looking girls care about their reputation more. They have more to lose. Also, when it comes to one night stands women rarely hookup with guys less attractive than them, seen as the best looking women and men are a small percentage of the population, the pool of men an attractive woman would even consider hooking up with is very small and significantly smaller than average and unattractive women. Also many guys want to take good looking girls seriously so even if they did have a one night stand he'd be interested and call her back.

Now, first of all I DO NOT have a problem with ANYONE having casual sex or sleeping around, men or women. I also realise that of course SOME good looking girls do sleep around. This poll is asking if you agree with me and my opinion on the matter. I live in USA. I'm in college (the place where women sleep around the most) and this is what I see from a big enough public college, with lots of parties. Basically it seems like good looking girls rarely hookup and when they do they already had or end up having a thing with the guy for a good while and then they end it or start dating. This is my observation. Tell me what you think!

P. s. I couldn't think of any word other than slutty and it's what most people would say so please don't through a misogyny argument at me, I didn't mean any offence by it.
