Are good looking women usually less slutty than average and unattractive women?

It seems like good looking girls care about their reputation more. They have more to lose. Also, when it comes to one night stands women rarely hookup with guys less attractive than them, seen as the best looking women and men are a small percentage of the population, the pool of men an attractive woman would even consider hooking up with is very small and significantly smaller than average and unattractive women. Also many guys want to take good looking girls seriously so even if they did have a one night stand he'd be interested and call her back.

Now, first of all I DO NOT have a problem with ANYONE having casual sex or sleeping around, men or women. I also realise that of course SOME good looking girls do sleep around. This poll is asking if you agree with me and my opinion on the matter. I live in USA. I'm in college (the place where women sleep around the most) and this is what I see from a big enough public college, with lots of parties. Basically it seems like good looking girls rarely hookup and when they do they already had or end up having a thing with the guy for a good while and then they end it or start dating. This is my observation. Tell me what you think!

P. s. I couldn't think of any word other than slutty and it's what most people would say so please don't through a misogyny argument at me, I didn't mean any offence by it.

You're making one of the most common mistakes in the world: you're mistaking WHAT PEOPLE LET YOU SEE for REALITY.

REALITY, here, is this:
The LESS (conventionally) attractive a woman is... the MORE likely she is to **advertise** her sexual availability, as a way of getting in the door with more boys.

If this is not obvious to you, just go to a site like fetlife and look at the ads from women who advertise as "submissive" and looking for a LTR/marriage partner.
... After all, MOST women, deep down in our hearts, harbor at least **some** significant desire to "submit" to a worthy man. And most of us want that in the context of a loving, trusting, deep relationship.
But surprise!, when you look at sex-pos sites like fetlife, you'll notice the conspicuous absence of unusually attractive women. WHY? It sure ain't because they don't have the same desires, boy!

More (conventionally) attractive women don't "advertise" -- for 2 reasons, both of which are beyond obvious if you just think about it:

1, if they were too plain about their sexual interests, would be OVERWHELMED with awkward and/or aggressive overtures from innumerable boys -- the vast majority of whom she does not, and would not ever, want to play with.

AND

2, they just don't **have** to. Because they get enough interest of ALL kinds, as it is.
I mean. Dude. Do not underestimate the percentage of an attractive woman's life that she has to spend politely (... and/or less than politely, when that's necessary) rejecting boys.

What you're mistaking for "protecting their reputation", is mostly just "ensuring that every waking moment is not consumed by having to ward off boys who think we'll just open our legs for **anyone**."

You're just plain WRONG about the "reputation" issue. In at least two ways.

First -- Boys have NO access to a woman's sexual history and proclivities, other than what SHE WANTS them to know.
If a woman has the kind of "reputation" you're talking about then, either (a) she's fine with that, and even promotes it (see above)... or (b) it's completely random, most likely false for the most part, and just a result of jealous haters throwing shade at her (... like "slut shaming" among teenagers, which has N-O-T-H-I-N-G to do, EVER, with whether the "slut" actually has ANY sex).

People will say hot women are bigger whores but I can assure you that is not the truth. It's just that society wants beautiful women to be slutty so they might be places in circumstances which makes it seem that way. Men always don't want them to be smart and successful so they can have a chance at them, this is why they are also stereotyped as dumb, no matter how much truth and genius they display. I grew up also realizing that the uglier girls have sex early without being raped or molested, they choose to.

I agree with the posters that say it has to do with self esteem, self worth. I know a few very pretty ladies that are in relationships but still attention seekers. Wear toms of makeup, have implants. 1 has cheated and is pretty loose and the other tries to act like a saint but she's a poster hoe.. Being attractive or less attractive doesn't make someone less slutty it more slutty. It is the female herself. 1 has daddy issues, the other doesn't but most sluts have daddy issues.

In my experience, more attractive women typically have more partners, simply because more people are interested in them. They have more options. It doesn't always mean they are promiscuous, but it does often mean that they end up with more partners overall. That's what I see happening, anyway.

Well attractive women can be slutty too, but I agree that average women are more likely to be slutty and that the sluttiest women are usually average looking.

I think it is mostly to do with less attractive women being more desperate for validation while attractive women are more confident in their desirability. Also what you said about women not sleeping with men who are less attractive than themselves. So like you said, the dating pool of men a 9/10 woman would actually be willing to have casual sex with is really small.

I also think attractive women are better at keeping men so they won't bounce from guy to guy as often. Even when they have a fuckbuddy, they will keep him much longer than an average woman would.

Society put pressure on girls telling them what to do or not do with their bodies. The pressure increase for a beautiful girl as many men watch and judge her. That's why you could consider USUALLY their are less easier than other girls.

An other reason, is that a beautiful girls know she has attention from multiple men (unless she has an extremely bad personality or other..). So, considering she has a lot of "offers", she naturally raises her standards. At the end, it mostly depends of her personality, her mood, her story, etc.

I think people are quick to judge someone who is different to themselves, everyone has different reasons for being reserved when it comes to sex. Attractive women are sexualized a lot more and don't need the extra judgement because of who they sleep around with. So maybe they just want a guy who genuinely likes their personality as well before having sex.

I am an Asian of mixed race. As early as 5 y/o I always get compliments from other people, because of my looks. I also performed well in School and enhance my talent which is singing and playing guitar. So people wouldn't tell that I'm just a pretty face. With that, I set my standard high when it comes to picking a man. I only had 1 boyfriend, he is perfect, and we ended up together. Now we are celebrating our 15th year. I dunno if I answer your question but in my experience, if you are really beautiful and a catch, guys will commit to you and never want to let you go.

I think it's true on average.

Attractive women don't have to play the "maybe If I sleep with him long enough he may finally realize how wonderful I am and commit to me" game and they don't need to hit on drunk guys in bars. They also don't need to get validation from random guys, they can easily lock down one desirable guy.

I don't think it's so much one's appearance/attractiveness as it is one's self esteem and personality.

There's women on all sides of the spectrum who sleep around and don't. If one's more attractive, that just gives them more options and makes it easier.

Statistically that's probably more often true. The more attractive they are, they more options they will have. Women tend to prefer relationships instead of just sex so they have more access to guys for commitment.
