How do you respond if someone asks if you think you’re good looking?

if the answer is yes, but you don’t want to seem boastful, what is the correct answer to give? I have Autism and I was asked this question last night.

Saying yes is not boastful, hun. Why wouldn’t you agree that you’re attractive? Just say yes. It’s a weird question to ask and actually kind of disrespectful. That’s like asking someone “do you think you’re skinny” like, what’s the point?

I say yes. For my age I look great. So does my wife.

I usually answer.. "That's not for me to decide!"

If someone has seen a photo of you, and THEN asks you that question, it means they are being nasty.. The response THEN should be:-

Question - Do you think you are good looking

answer = What's it got to do with you?

That's how you shut them down!

There is yet another way of answering, if you are not sure about why they are asking you. You could merely ask them why they want to know. That way it isn't an aggressive response, but it also means you are protecting yourself just in case.
