When he got a date he lied about his gender, life and conned his way into making 600 dollars a week. He lied so much he was able to fool a guy into giving him 2 thousand dollars. Dustin is also a internet hacker who stole thousands of dollars and lied, and broke into bank accounts. He laughs and threatened to stab his 76 foster dad in the neck.

john is 24 years old. He's in college and in debt. He really wants money so he starts to sell drugs like crack, acid, and selling dangerous, illegal pills to adults and teenagers. He was offered to kill a pregnant woman but rejected the offer. But he did rob, beat and broke into an elderly couples house. His friend shot the woman dead, and John lied for his friend and made sure his friend wasn't arrested. He bought illegal guns, gave them to criminals who eventually went on a drive by shooting killing a 4 year old boy.

Just now when using this site, it has come to my attention that people won't believe me, when I tell them I am a bit overweight or chubby, because my face doesn't look like it. I haven't realised before, that I was in a way lying to people, by only having pictures of my face, and not whole body.

I used to use Tinder when I was single, and made sure to have at least one whole body picture, so people could see the whole image of me, not just my face. But then people didn't believe me when I told them I was super short (5'1''), because they said I looked really tall in my pictures.

So now I'm thinking, have I subconsciously fooled people to believe I am something I'm actually not? Would you consider this a form of catfishing or lying? Or is it impossible to make sure that you look exactly the same in pictures and IRL?

I'm not referring to only dating situations, but in general when posting pictures on the internet.
