We see this often, a black youth is killed by police. There are two broad groups in reaction to this.

Those who generally stay quiet are in one group. They would say the whole story is different from what the media says. They are the people who would say, "Back the Badge" or "Blue Lives Matter", and are generally of that opinion based on crime statistics done by blacks is disproportionately higher given that they are 13% of the population, or that police brutality leading to deaths exists for other races too but the media doesn't show it.

Then there is the other side of people who say "Black Lives Matter", and are generally of the opinion that there is apathy and racism towards blacks. As we saw in the recent case of the white woman walking a dog - who said "an African American man is threatening me" - weaponizing his race against him. This group also feels that when a black youth is shot, people just talk about it, have apathy and don't bother much.

So to ask these relevant questions:
1. Is there anything black youths do that makes them more prone to this type of treatment? Or is this general police brutality which is hyped when black are killed?
2. Is this assertion fair in light of the deaths of men like George Floyd and Eric Garner given that we have the videos?

The black man filming did nothing wrong, and was assumed to be a criminal based on his race. But she lost her job, her dog and prob soon her NY apartment. I’d a been happy with a citation for false police reporting.

I don't much hide my emotions as I've come to believe that doing so will only make them worse and eventually, they will come out and with quite a vengeance from being bottled up for so long. However, I do prefer to do so in private if possible when experiencing sorrow, such as when my dog of 12 years, Katie died last year, and very recently, my fiancee died on Monday, as many of you may know. If doing it in private is made impossible, I try to restrain slightly and don't make a lot of noises, but I'm not always able to help it. I got in my car and drove to a private area and screamed, tears rushing down my face like a waterfall when my fiancee died. I don't view myself as weak at all for how I cried and screamed at all because I loved her so much. I believe all men should be encouraged to at the very least not bottle up their emotions as doing so will have terrible short and long term effects on them, as seems to be the case with the rates of suicide, drug use, and mental illnesses being untreated that we see in men that isn't reflected in women. Do you believe men should show their emotions more?
