I mean its 2016, the world is tending towards hyper gamy. All girls out there want the top tier even if they aren't anything much themselves. Girls aged 12-25 have spent all their lives on instagram and facebook and other social media and are led to believe only guys who are good looking exist. Everyone else is average to them. So why should any guy apart from the most genetically blessed even bother? Girls, even the fattest, ugliest, nerdiest girls who are simply not deformed need AT LEAST an 8/10 to feel any attraction and by 8/10, i mean better than 99% of the male population. Men need nothing more than anything that moves. So why should a man bother with women at all? Even if a girl is nice and he lands a date out of sympathy, he is her second or third or 1000000th choice ALWAYS and she is going to cry more over nick bateman fucking a supermodel hotter than her than her boyfriend dying or something. This is reality BOYOS. Its best to either make ur sex drive really low to a point you become asexual and not get depressed or just work on making a good career and buying sex, pay her a little extra to convincingly validate u too every time since u cannot get it as such.

Me: nerdy, skinny guy, 20yo, med school, funny enough you'll like me but not interesting enough you'll miss me much. Mostly an average joe beyond that.
Her: smoking hot 23yo, med school, pretty outgoing, finds me funny, loves when I tease her, usually is over-the-top happy to see me in particular.

We met each other because of a common friend back in April. She always laughed at my jokes and she looked to me with that kind of positive expectation, a sort of wonder in her eyes.

We kept going with our lives. But everytime we meet she shows pretty much the same interest as the day we met and overall she's a really good person.

But there are underlying problems:

1-She used to date one of my pals roughly a year and a half ago. They went out for like, 4 dates or so, but they didn't commit, and Im not clear why. He's much more interesting than me in almost every way, and while they'd barely have to see each other and he's a pretty trustworthy "bros-before-hoes" guy, I worry that she might hit it off with him again.

2-I dont have a car. College is expensive as fuck. I can't afford it right now. I worry that she might lose interest altogether since A) society still expects men to drive their dates and B) I won't be able to spend as much money as I'd like with her. My friend she used to date doesn't have any of those problems, never did.

3-Maturity. Women at this age usually have a mentality that most men only reach years after them. I feel like if I make a move she might react badly because she might think of me as a "kid" of sorts.

4-More people than I wanted to already know Im into her (always mind who's on the hallway behind you), and they might ruin it.

It's pretty clear why it might not work, or where I might fuck it up along the way. This is seriously a girl I wanna hit it off with, and while I won't feel bad if things dont go as well as I want them to, I will feel bad if I end up not even making out with her, which to me is total failure.

I realize I'm throwing out some stereotypes here, but the point of this question is to disprove the stereotypes.
I just met the hottest girl ever today and you know what? We had absolutely nothing to talk about. She asks "do you like working out? Do you like rap music? do you like politics? do you want to be a lawyer like me? do you like fashion? do you like makeup? do you play sports or the guitar?" I am NONE of those things.

Cut to working with several super-nerdy-not-ugly-but-not-strikingly-beautiful girls, ALL WE TALKED ABOUT was movies, tv shows, comics, superheroes, fandoms, books, worlds, mythology, we got along great!! And as I look back I realize this is kind of how it is with my life, personally.

I don't know if attractive girls feel they can't get into anything that sporty body-and-reputation-obsessed guys are into, or maybe nerdy girls don't bother trying to get into anything that sporty body-and-reputation-obsessed guys get into. But we can't control our looks, yet from my experience hot girls are NEVER geeky, and nerdy girls are NEVER strikingly hot.

I understand the timing isn’t right for you to commit until your nursing degree is done and of course work is a priority!! I'm sorry but I don't see this working atm and I can see your message being a recurring thing which I Don't tolerate very well I thought it to be childish. Working is something i that i need to do and is a priority at the end of the day. To get to my house from Greenwich will take at least 1 hour and half, driving would make things easier and tbh I don't want a relationship that only entails seeing someone once a month.
