Hi, I'm looking for some advice please 😊 I have recently broken up with my now ex boyfriend, due to a gambling problem, drinking issue, questioning my worth, financial issues and his negative attitudes and behaviours. He wanted me back and is saying he will make changes, I know he has quit gambling, not drinking as much and he's saying all the things I want to hear and have in my future and would do anything to have me back and saying it's me or no one.
I've been asking for the last 5 weeks since we broke up to give me space so I can decide if I miss him, he can implement these changes he is speaking of and I can have some alone time to decide if I do really miss him and want to try again. Thoughout these 5 weeks he has smoothered me, begging to take him back and telling me there is no one else, he will never date again, he wants to marry me, have a family and will support me and be a better person. he's even offered relationship counselling and said he will do anything to make it work.
Two days ago I said no let's call it a day I'm done I'm not willing to give it another go, his pushing for an answer was exhausting and it's was pushed me to say no I'm done. He has then done everything I asked yesterday stopped the messaging and then sent a quick one this morning to say he'd removed me from social media not to be petty or vindictive but for his own mental health. Since he's done that, I regret it he's never left my head, I can't stop crying and I feel sick. What should I do?

We met up from a dating app, he was almost 10 years older than me. He was probably one of the better looking guys that I went out with, he said he drove an hr to meet up and treated to dinner. What I found fishy was:
1) He doesn’t have a steady career, he taught classes a few hrs and then delivered groceries for the most part as a full time gig
2) He said he’s been on the dating apps, hasn’t had success just bad dates. His last relationship was 10 years ago and nothing steady since. That’s bs, considering how good looking he was.
We spoke through snapchat after talking through the dating app, after meeting up I expected him to message me. He said that he normally likes to go on another date after the first, to give people a chance.
Since it was a few hrs after meeting up and I didn’t hear from him, I deleted him from Snapchat. And the next day, I saw that he unmatched me from the dating app. Should I have just waited to see if he would reach out, even though there wasn’t a connection at dinner?

My boyfriend and I are in LDR. We were happy and sweet before. But lately we argued a lot. Sometimes it made me want to break up with him.

For example, He didn’t talk to me in between the day and just messaged me only two times a day for a week because he was playing video games with his friend.

He said terrible things to me like “ I’m gonna dump you if you won’t let me fuck enough.” and like “you’re boring”

Recently he promised me to send me a birthday gift since April. Now September, he hasn’t even shipped the present yet. He said he’s been busy. But he went to the amusement park, the zoo and went on mini trip on weekend. And he was on vacation for 2 weeks. And he just went to the amusement park again!

It made me feel like I’m not that important. If I am, he would have sent the present sooner and wouldn’t have made me wait for 5 months.

I haven’t talked to him for a while now. He’s asking me for forgiveness. But I really hesitate. I don’t know if he’s gonna treat the same or not. But I need a caring boyfriend.

What should I do?
