How do I handle this: guy I met last winter that has been flirting with me has a girlfriend?

I met this guy last winter and we went on a date. We had good connection. Later on, I decided to cut things off because I felt like he was pressuring me to have sexual activities with me. Few months later, I unblocked him and he immediately texted me again. I decided to give him another chance. He sent me flirty texts and some sexy pics of himself. However, he started replying me very late (like 3 days later) so i told him that it was bothering me because we were planning dates on text and he wasn't replying me on time. So I unfollowed him.
I looked at his profile today and on his highlights , i saw a pic of him with his girlfriend from 15 weeks ago! He has been flirting sexually with me. I felt so betrayed and bad for his girlfriend. Should i tell her?

I wouldn't tell her, unless you know her, she may know or find out soon anyway and possibly wouldn't believe you in the first place.
Now if you really wanted to, make sure you include what he has been sending you, because he could use the she is an old girlfriend that is still hung up on me, or she is just trying to get even because I broke up with her, and that really wouldn't accomplish anything.
I would inform him that you know about his girlfriend, and you may or may not get the excuses that she really doesn't understand me, we are only friends, we haven't slept together... and on and on.
Time to move on if that is how he treats other people in his life, you probably don't want to be the next one that he does this to.

Well, the right thing to do is to tell her, and I would, if I were you.
On the other hand, he might get upset with you and start texting you how you ruined his relationship. So if you don't want him to do that, cut all contact with him and don't tell her.
