My history professor has a serious attitude problem. She purposefully makes people feel stupid for asking questions. I think she is a little bit slower because every time she gets a question she cannot understand what the person just said it seems. She has a liberal arts PhD.. has been in the U. S. for 20+ years now and still has terrible broken English. I've witnessed this a couple times now. Most of the students are intimidated to even raise their hand now. She mentioned that there were two study guides for our mid term. I raised my hand and ask how we tell the difference in the two meaning if she labeled our classes. She stared at me and gave me like a shrug as if I were stupid. She then made a smart remark and said "Good questions ay? Whole class started laughing at me. She is like a bully in an adults body. I don't understand why she does this to students.

I don't know if I'm just butthurt but I feel this is a entry level college class and if younger students are exposed to this unprofessionalism in acadamia then they might get discouraged and not persue through to finish their degree.
