I've never been in this situation, as I've never been in a relationship, asked anyone out, nor been asked out. The main reason I'm saying this, aside from the fact that I've got a weird imagination, is because when I think about life, I think a lot of us are all chasing happiness, because I feel like that's the ultimate goal for us and this rather unusual situation came to mind, because of course it will in my brain.

Ultimately, would you take that relationship, if your happiness would pretty much be certain from now until the last 60 seconds of your life or would you just continue your life as usual and see how it goes anyway and if you can, explain the reason for your choice?

Let's say you meet a partner who's basically perfect for you in every other way and their behaviour is that of a normal person, so none of these stereotypes about people from certain sides behaving in a certain way.

You'll never have a way of finding out their political views, simply because they don't share it with anyone, so they may or may not share your views, you'll just never know, nor would they drop any hints, but you know that they definitely have views, an interest in the topic and will always vote.

Some consider opposing political views to be a deal breaker and that's fine, have whatever deal breakers and standards you want.

This is not for you to start arguing over politics or bash any sides, save it for your own questions or you'll probably getting blocked.

If you wish to state whatever party you support or what side you're on, then feel free, but it's not mandatory.

Simply state whether or not the mystery of never knowing your partner's political views would be a deal breaker for you and if you can, also say why.

I'm mostly interested in the poll results to see what people vote, because I feel like this is a bit of an uncommon question regarding how political views influence people's relationship standards and deal breakers.

So, is it okay to love someone so much, you need them to feel as good as you do and won't ever feel as good without them? Or is that considered "unhealthy" and bad, and we should all "love ourselves fully and entirely" first and not ever need another human being to ever feel good?

I can understand both sides and think not everyone needs to be this "fully actualized" perfect, fully independent adult without flaw who needs no one, before they should be allowed to get married or date someone.
